I think the board got burned from the widespread condemnation they got for advertising it when Morrell left, it's not exactly a secret that there's a vacancy and the job description would be pretty brief!

Personally think there are tough negotiations going on with T&T, but if itcarries on a bit, the board will look elsewhere. Whether it's reached that stage yet?
