Succession planning is a process for identifying people who can replace people when they leave.

I believe the club have done this type of exercise regarding players and staff so if DL has been crossed off then they move to the next candidate.

I heard 2 years pay was the compensation ( I heard 70k) which is similar to the figure you heard.That would give Ricketts 35k ayear
But not seen any official announcement which might indicate the compensation is not a huge figure

Ricketts would never be on 35k a year at Wrexham. Double it and you’d be closer to the mark
