He is good enough, he proved it at Dagenham a few years back as a raw kid. He has it in him but so have many more who've had even more talent and never really made it. If he has anything about him then he'll pull his socks up and get his head down because he can only live on his Dagenham season for so long. Although he had a great season with D+R the season that followed with Lincoln and Coventry were very poor in comparison. Something has gone wrong with the lad that he needs to sort out. He didn't hack it in Lg2, what chance at Brighton?

Anyone with his ability yet so little application needs sessions with an experienced and qualified person centred counsellor, with no requirement to be sports related.
Whatever is holding him back needs to be understood and dealt with.
I also know someone who could do it.
