When you played for your boyhood club. Did you look out of the window and think you'd like to manage a number of clubs within a 25 mile radius.

"Are you happy to work with Graham Barrow as No2 rather than bring your own guy in?"

If the answer is no then show him out as the club won't pay Barrow off having just appointed him.
