I voted for Askey because I see the stars aligning to bring this dance to a conclusion after all these years, not because I particularly choose him (I think doing so is basically pointless as I don’t get to see applications, demands, etc). I trust this is ok with the snipers.

Although I’ve just read on the other thread that Challinor is a cert so maybe scrap that.

If it is Challinor I won't be disappointed at all. He's got experience in non league, plays good football and like FOG pointed out, has shown that he can improve on any weaknesses. The Barrow connection just adds to this.

Good in the transfer market too. Seems to find the talent in the lower leagues like Francis-Angol, Crossdale and Tunnicliffe, also getting the likes of Jonny Smith on loan.
