That's just classic Spencer Harris though isn't it? I don't doubt that he puts the hours in and is a valuable member of the team, but I really cringe at some of the stuff he comes out with.

I think there have been a few mind changes which maybe brought about the appointment of Graham Barrow.

1. Big Dennis wants the job but changes his mind after T & T top our offer.

2. GB changes his mind after DL changes his.

3. The board change their mind after DL & GB changes theirs and compare GB to the other applicants.

4. A lot of fans change their minds and accept that GB is a good solid choice who wants to complete the job.

5. The group of posters on here who would pick holes in any new appointment change their mind and criticise the board for the new appointment.

We will all just have to wait and see how it pans out but the noises about transfer activity in January are encouraging!

Now the Leader is reporting he never was actually NOT wanting the job. This is getting worse. Something has gone on and it’s left us looking amateur. If they’d have just been honest and told the full story we would have got out of this with a tiny bit of credibility. This fans ownership is absolutely not transparent.
