It doesn't even have to be a known big name striker (or two) but someone who does the business for us. 18 years old is just too inexperienced.

But we’ve supposedly got money.


However, we’ve got a wage structure that, I believe, seriously limits the ability to bring in the sort of top quality player, that we are so sorely missing. Hopefully, right on cue, Bobby Grant scores a hat trick today.

The wage structure therefore needs reviewing. It is staggering we can't fetch a goalscorer in with the money floating around this club. January will make or break our season.

If our wage structure wont let us pay the wages needed to get the right quality players for promotion then its an absolute nonsense.
