Wrexham AFC can confirm that the lower section of the University End has been opened up to be used by home supporters for our Boxing Day game vs Salford City.

Demand for tickets has been very high for this game, to ensure all of our supporters have a smooth passage in to the stadium on match day, the lower section of the University End has been fully staffed.

Soft refreshments will be available for Lower Uni End patrons. Entry will be cash on the turnstile only for this section.

This is very good news, the crowd anticipated to be between 7000 - 8000 then. MRS showing very sparse availability now and the BKoncepts paddock and stand starting to fill up nicely.

As fans we can do a few things to help ourselves, the staff, volunteers and our club.

1. Get anyone you know who is not as yet coming to come along and join what is going to be a terrific festive atmosphere.

2. Get there earlier than usual, turning up 10 mins before the kick off will only cause queues and delays. Enjoy the build up and get in the ground earlier than usual, lets get Salford intimidated whilst they warm up.

3. If buying on-line is not an option, the club shop is open from 10 a.m get there in the morning and get your ticket, you will save yourself a lot of queuing and just enjoy the big match build up.

Lets hope the team get a win we all deserve, the support this season is phenomenal.

Thanks ATK - as ever you are spot on. Got my brother in law over for Christmas and he is astonished at the expected crowd for a 5th division game

Less than 300 tickets left for the Mrs,and around 500 remain for the yales stand so that is around 5700 tickets sold from just two wrexham stands,it has to be a crowd of over 8000

Without using Alexa, can anyone remember what the boxing day crowd was for Citeh not so long ago.

A home crowd of over 7000 to watch non league football against a Micky mouse club is outstanding. Please don't let us down.
