They were a team full of big ugly brutes, but we had the biggest ugliest brute of them all! Pearson was top dog today.

It was great to outplay a good footballing team and then 3 days later out fight a route one team.

Tactically astute once again. Horrible to watch. Strange though,somehow found it just as satisfying a result as Boxing Day.

Completely different game to Boxing Day but we won nonetheless. Solihull are a rough-and-tumble side and we beat them at the own game.

It was like watching a Keates game at times, but the quality we have further up the field in addition to a defence so tight that light itself hardly penetrates our penalty area means we look like true promotion contenders.

We're in the driver's seat now. A point behind with a game in hand. Let's keep it going!

Agree he's already legendary. He'll go down as one of the best players for the Reds ever if he leads us to promotion. What a fantastic player Pearson is.

I listened to Tim Flowers post match interview he felt they played great and should have won and talked about our massive squad! I'm not sure we've got more than 18/19 at the moment have we?!
