I'm convinced the league divvy out these refs to us whenever we play these Solihull/Dover type teams. It's always the same yet when we play a footballing outfit the ref is hardly noticeable.

Ref didn't have a good game, but the stop-start may have helped us in the end once we got the goal. Disrupted the flow and, whilst he made quite a few questionable decisions, it did interrupt Solihull's flow and urgency.

However if it finished 0-0 I'd probably be a lot more annoyed at him.

He didn't seem to understand the throw in rule. They constantly tried to take them miles further forward and half the time he didn't notice.

Second worst I’ve seen, only for that absolute embarrassment to the profession who reffed Boreham Wood at home on a bank holiday Monday last season. This one was just shocking, wouldn’t let the game flow at all, gave them everything, bet he was thinking of a way to rescind our goal too.
