They did when he was at Dagenham. But its true though, they did fail to do anything with him. That's not saying its all their fault and even at all, just stating fact.

Clearly a player with a lot of talent. There are lots of reasons why players don't click with particular clubs and unfortunately that was the case here. None of us know why so speculation is a bit pointless.

Personally I think it's a decent signing for Orient, but we won't miss him as he wasn't half the player he could be here, after the first 5 games or so.

I don't think what I said was particularly defensive. Just expressing my view on why he's struggled here. I can't really see how the coaching staff have 'failed' him.

Wasn't aimed at you, few people have jumped on my post getting all defensive and twisting what I said.

What could they have done with him out of interest if the issues are as mentioned, get his mam to call him twice a day?

What issues? I thought Barrow didn't want him, hence he left.

All I'm saying is that the coaching staff and manager failed to get the best out of a highly talented player, clarified further in reply to SE19 by saying that doesn't necessarily mean the manager/ coaches were at fault for anything in particular or the player.

Getting his mam to call him twice would probably just annoy him.
