Re: That's 3 defeats in a row
2-0 defeat with the only goal threat being Pearson because there was nobody else on the pitch capable of scoring.
I honestly amaze myself sometimes with my predictions. |
Re: That's 3 defeats in a row
Salford at home feels like a fluke.

Re: That's 3 defeats in a row
You only have to look at the forward line Newport fielded in the FA Cup: Matt and Armond. We will never sign proven Match winners like this under WST ownership. Instead, we specialise in signing other teams’s cast offs. The club desperately needs investment.
10 games under Barrow and we have scored in only four of them.
Ouch. That's a very telling stat. |
Re: That's 3 defeats in a row
Wonder if we’ll be tweeting Gary Neville again....

Re: That's 3 defeats in a row (Bromley A)
Anyone going to start questioning whether this board are capable of making football decisions? They need to be hiring someone with an actual clue about how to run a club successfully.

Re: That's 3 defeats in a row (Bromley A)
Can't help but feel this season is going to take a predictable path of us finishing outside the play-offs losing away, with a mix of home wins, draws and losses, keeping us in the mix until nearer the end. Similar to last season but over a longer period.
Hope I'm wrong, and I really hope we strengthen more in the transfer window. Not convinced by Barrow as manager right now, as I wasn't at the time of appointing him. Again, I hope I'm wrong but can just see the season panning out this way. |

Posted via mobile theme
I used those exact words just the other day and was told you can't fluke a game. Seems those top reds look a bit foolish now. |
