Top 3 is where it’s at... 1 home game to get ourselves to Wembley.
That has to be the ultimate goal if 1st isn’t.

I can’t see us winning away in the play offs so it’ll have to be 2nd or 3rd

Given both our away form and current form I cannot see us making the play offs at all. There are too many teams in better form than us and scoring more.

If the players cannot motivate themselves after 2 poor performances as per Tuesday then its going to be a big struggle.
We lack goals all the way through the team and if we dont score early the opposition grinds us down and were easy to work out.

Sadly GB has limited options and his next priority is a CB.
Reports on Stockton dont inspire confidence as they say he has no work rate.

At this moment I have no confidence we can turn this round.

Salford have had their blip with a four match losing streak. Orient's recent form has also been shaky to say the least.

It's rare a club goes the whole season without a bad run of form.

We are going through a bad patch ourselves, but have enough quality in the squad to keep in and amongst the promotion contenders.

Be nice if this ‘exciting winger’ would actually play, instead we laud praise on a very non exciting wi get who for some reason is undroppable

My thoughts exactly. I hate to say it and it probably does come across as defeatist but we’re ainply not good or consistent enough to win it. Sadly I expect the gap to increase. Just really hope we can snatch 2nd or third then fill the old girl for a chance at Wembley and a 50/50 chance.

Oh and I txt of my mate last night who went to Bromley who described Oswell as a new Tyler Harvey. Flipping hope not.

I think we are good enough but as you say we certainly aren't consistent enough. We have had a few chances to go top recently and for some reason, instead of being inspired by that, the players have bottled it and put n three p**s poor performances on the trot and got exactly what they deserved - nothing.

Wouldn't go that fair yet but he definitely looked a bit on the lightweight fairy side last night. Saying that he had no service and the rest were as dire so harsh to judge him on that performance.

Interesting, are you suggesting a new player or a new staff member may have had that impact? They didn't look happy or together last night that's for sure, hopefully it's a combination of fatigue from so many games, new players yet to bed in, the surface which for some reason we are always dire on and as Barrow says not enough time on the training ground.

None of them are good excuses for me but could combined be the reason and it's up to barrow to sort it out now when we play just on Saturdays. It does concern me that other teams with lesser resources and smaller squads don't seem to suffer any of these problems.
