Well put it this way the goals he scored that season if we had them this season we would be top, also it's his goals that got us to Stoke for the FA Cup game... Don't get me wrong I'm not saying he was a non league Harry Kane but he scored more goals than Beavon or any other forward than Moult since they both left. But don't let me spoil your despising an ex Wrexham player who never slagged our club off to my knowledge.

Moult's kid could have probably done a better job at the time than Bishop did for us.

Bishop still only scored 7 goals in the league in both seasons 13-14,14-15,both rooney and jennings,grey scored more since john

At the beginging we played Rush as a striker then I think he dropped back into midfield.

Thanks for that Billy I'm not singing his praises by the way if it appears like that, I never understood his getting picked over Moult either I'm just saying the excuses Wilkin used for not playing him at that time,ironically those 7 goals would make him our top scorer today that's how crap we are upfront.

Rob Ogelby would walk into our squad. Didn't he get 13 one year? Johhny Hunt was another 12 goals in one season. Just proves how bad our current crop of strikers are.
