He doesn't help himself Keates, why he feels the need to tell everyone that he missed out on a player i have never understood. Managers should just keep quiet about transfers until the players has signed, otherwise they're digging a big hole for themselves and it frustrates the shit out of the fans.

I don't really blame either of them for going, especially as Ricketts has trebled his salary. The only thing with Ricketts is the timing and way it happened. On the upside he has allowed us to keep Walker for the rest of the season when he could have quite easily have kept him playing for the reserves.
