It’s one thing when you bring someone in on loan and find out he’s not quite fit enough or he doesn’t quite fit within the team but the very fact that he’s bringing him back for another month surely should mean he’s got to play him from the off???

Looks a decent player, has pace and skill but also applies it.
Needs to play out wide in a 433 or as part of a 442. Not sure how he will fit into 532 though.

A formation has to suit the players available not the other way round.
