If you look at the last 2 seasons alone their is 2 obvious problems apart from strikers not scoring

1) both season's the midfield has been the major problem it lacks a creative midfielder and a leader like Keates was.

2) but the overall problem is lack of pace throughout the team, no pace at the back, no pace in midfield and no pace upfront. He has signed 2 strikers who lack pace to go with the other ones who don't have it, Grant is as slow as a car with 4 punctures.

The only player with pace Tollet has his loan extended then gets dropped.

Tollit wasn't dropped but we can only use a certain amount of loan players each game, and he was deemed to be behind the others.
