Default Away Goals

Posted this in the LMT but thought it should be discussed:

Last time we scored away from home in all competitions...
17th November 2018.

The last time one of our strikers scored away from home in the league....
18th August 2018, Mike Fondop scored. (The 5th game of the season)

Our total away goals scored in the league since 18th August...
We've scored 5 goals in 12 games (Two of them were penalties)
We've failed to score in 8 out of our last 12 away league games.

More than 569 minutes have been played away from home since our last away goal.

Where are our goals going to come from?

We’re worse on the road than Prince Philip.

Very good :-) He's already got a new land rover though, can we have a new manager just as quickly?

Depends if we have spent all the money or not which i don't think we will have. The worry is if we do have cash why isn't it being used and if not why not?

Anyone else seen the link between the messiah Darlington walking through the door and our total inability to score goals??
Our style of (negative) play has been the same since his arrival, no matter who the manager. Maybe we're looking at the wrong person to blame all the time?

I don't know anything about how Darlington works on the training ground, but this argument gets stronger by the day. He is the common denominator, but you'd like to think the combined experience of Barrow and Newell would have enough about them to see this and override him.
