Boreham Wood (A) MATCH OFF
Who's heading down south for this one then? I'll guess we should take about 200ish. Any good boozers around the town?

Theres a spoons but not much else[/QUOTE] Agreed, the Spoons is the best of a pretty poor bunch. Other options are the Wishing Well, a pretty bad chain Irish pub (though it will do for Ireland/England rugby after the game) or the Alfred Arms nearer the station. They don't let away fans drink in the bar and the ground and enforce that strictly; indeed when it comes to stewarding, attitude to away fans generally, charging Wrexham World and other media to broadcast from the ground, very limited concessions etc. they are a pretty unwelcoming club. But I'll be there subject to weather (should be alright and improves nearer weekend but just keep an eye on it if travelling). |
Re: Boreham Wood (A)
Contrast to last years August fixture there. Toilet bust on the supporters coach and air con was non existent. We did get the three points though.

With a bottle of Wrexham Lager Export, I'll be there.
