Ok. In all seriousness though, remember when Ricketts left and people suggested we should try and go for him? There is absolutely no way he would ever come to us unless we were in League One and had a pot of gold for him to work with.

I seriously thought we should have approached him, he could only say no as he may well have done and we then work down the list. But if people are happy the height of ambition is Barrow then who am I to argue

I was wrong to support Brian Carey when we had the opportunity to have Fergie Jnr as manager.

Fergie would have been good back then as his dad was always willing to back him with loan players but it was questionable we had the money at the time to back back his ambitions. It is one of those decisions we will never have the answer for but the worst decision was getting rid of Flynn, he understood the club we are and a bit more ambition we could have have set up academy to rival Crewe and the big boys.

Its called hindsight . You backed Carey. I wouldnt say you were wrong at all.It didnt work out granted but you supported who you believed to be the right man.
