surely you sign players in jan to boost and improve the team, you get inform players by paying money for them, you are not going to get them on loan, we always do things on the cheap, thats why our loan players are sat in the stand or on the bench, seems like he doesnt like Tollits attitude(must of thought he would walk straight into the side) so hes discarded him now to show him whos boss ffs, its not about the team its about GB and whats good for him, Mouriniho tried this way and lost the changing room

Maguire Drew was for Leyton Orient!

A couple of people said pre transfer window myself included we needed to bring in fresh players early in January who could hit the ground running. We got one bit right but not the other.

Hopefully they will come good quickly but id rather we had got someone in fit who would be straight into the squad improving it i.e a midfielder.

Any new players coming in should be able to slot in within a week.
They should be fit and just need a few days to meet all and learn a training ground move

We need to get out of this hole now - this is not about GB plan for the next few years.

Sadly didn't win Euro millions so cant offer to pay the wages of any fringe players

I accept most of what Barrow said in his interview - I certainly don't doubt his experience and knowledge of the game.
My concern was the way he said it. His whole body language and delivery appeared tired, lacking in energy and slightly removed. I am not questioning his commitment but could it be that his reluctance to take the job in the first place relates to the above?

More than ever before we need a motivator who will drive the team on to greater performance levels and punch above their weight. We are certainly one of the better teams in this League but by no means assured of any reward unless we improve drastically.

On that showing I am not sure Barrow has it in him to be the catalyst for success - I hope I'm wrong and he still has my support.

Surely we have Grant as an attacking midfielder isn't that where he played at Fleetwood? He ain't a striker and he ain't got the pace for a winger, so why is he here?

It's been obvious for a few yrs that our weaknesses are midfield and upfront, no creativity and no leader in the middle. But the whole team lacks pace.

Having listened to GB’s interview I felt better informed but, unlike TSGD, I lack the psychic powers to deduce whether we will fail or succeed. I prefer the tried and trusted method of watching the games, and then looking at the results and table to judge which way the wind is blowing.

Old fashioned, I admit, but better than my prejudicial guesses!
I don't think Pyke could. He needs to be right up there putting pressure on the full back, not in a deeper role trying to put his foot on the ball.
