It's not a problem if we play 433 well and get the wide players and attacking midfielders running onto things in and around the box.

The issue is, I'm not sure who's employed to score goals out of our front line at the moment.
Every forwards main job is to score goals, sorry it is. The best ones can do the holding, linking and the scoring.

We're playing him on his own ffs with the two other wide players who've never scored any goals, ever either. It's beyond belief.

From that I take it that Tollitt hasn’t been putting the effort in and expects to selected ahead of others

First time a saw him you could see that he has ability and can easily beat a man, but didn’t show any desire to track back or put any effort in to press the other team

So I’m undecided on him
But
We need someone with some pace , especially with today’s departure

Barrow would rather Rutherford. Hard worker but he’s never going to score or do anything. There has to be space for a Tollitt type in a side, otherwise why do we even bother going to watch football?

Its hard being a Wrexham supporter. Reading the above which is sadly very true makes it worse. Leaving Tollitt, if fit, out for an inferior player is plain stupidity. Think Barrow with his experience could see this, however could be that he is the old style Brian Clough type manager who is set in his ways.

Firstly, why did we sign players who are not fit?

Secondly, after being here for 3 weeks, surely these players must have some match fitness to at least start a match and be subbed around 60/70mins.

If we see the same 11 play against Boreham Wood, then I cannot see us scoring any goals. As much as I love Beavon's work rate, he is not a goal scorer. The same can be said about Rutherford.

With Summerfield out injured, surely Barrow will change the formation and fingers crossed, try some of the new signings.

Have a horrible feeling he will replace Summerfield with Carrington(Young replacing Wright) and Grant replacing Pyke.
One way ticket to a defeat or 0-0.

Ah, the old doesn't track back excuse.

Can someone explain where playing the likes of Rutherford and others who 'track back' has got us exactly in the last few seasons?
And people wonder why we struggle to create chances and score goals.
