Yes you're probably right.... Yesterday premiership club Burnley signed 38yr old Peter Crouch, a 40yr old should be good enough in the National pub league.

Yes, the condition is that they still need to be able to perform to conference standard. The management would be responsible for that judgement

Altough Rush was one of my biggest disappointments it can work out. Mike Marsh had taken a payoff due to injury from the Football league, when he joined Molby at Kidderminster around 2000. He became was one of the most significant players in their promoted squad. Sadly he had to leave the club following the promotion as a clause in his pay off banned him from any future football league contracts.
