Not happy with the bungling of replacement manager appointments or the football on offer over the last couple of seasons. However I don't think we know enough to scapegoat one board member.

On the commercial and forward development of the club and structure

I believe as a trust our chairman should be a fixed term and election or re election should happen periodically
So yes there should be a vote

Personally I think the entire setup is a shambles and has been for a while. The ominous they do not learn its a results game and ours have always been the same.

I have confidence in the board to work on getting people through the gates on matchday, and help us turn a profit though I don't have confidence in their on the pitch decision making. My alternative is to hire someone to do that job, for anyone wondering.

I'll be really gutted if Spencer, Gavin, John, Phil or Mark walk over this, just as I was gutted to see us lose Horne and Bircham. These people have clearly done a brilliant job in some aspects over the last few years but the Barrow announcement was a massive mistake which gave some the impression that they're lazy and incompetent, a view I do not share. I just don't believe that things are working well enough on the pitch to justify not giving the board additional help.

I've been labelled as anti-board a couple of times on here for having these views, I'd like to see those justify their comments now.

Managerial appointments of Keates & Ricketts worked well - evidenced by rapid departures to League 1.
I feel for Graham Barrow - a decent footballing man perhaps pushed into a position through loyalty he didn't really want (as the number one).
No grudge with Spencer.
However we need to steady the ship with a sound appointment next - not a Bryan Hughes type if rumours are correct.

Long overdue this poll & lets see the flack now someone dare criticise the board!!!
An absolute shambles & total unprofessional way to manage our club. Not just this moment but for the past few years.
Yes, they are volunteers, but whilst certain members seem to be on an ego trip & can't communicate this will always be the case.
Not only Spencer but John Mills as well, keep this a closed shop, whilst it should be the fans club.
Wait for further crap down the line, when we see our good fortune from Danny Ward fees dwindled to the tax man at year end.
It needed to be spent on quality on the pitch & a quality manager.
When its gone, its gone.

Agree with this. I don't know enough to say that everything bad that is happening can be put on Spencer Harris's door.
