It really is!!! I can't believe £5k is the issue or a standard NDA. The bidder is either a crackpot, or the terms of the NDA the WST want signed, or the bidder wants WST to sign are considered unfair or unreasonable by one of the parties. Or there has been no approach?

I doubt we shall ever know beyond what I have outlined and each faction will read into it to suit their particular agenda.
