It's just weird though isn't it. What kind of an adult actually thinks that bringing a random countries flag is the done thing to do?

The Israel flag was clearly there to wind up the people who put the other flags out. If I remember rightly the Catalan flag brought over by someone who came to a game last season and left it to be out up.
