Listening on the radio, I was convinced they had equalised but no he tipped it onto the post. Great goalkeeping, especially as he didn't have too much to do.
When is his contract up? It needs extending as soon as.

On way home now, poor 1st half but never a pen.2nd half came out all guns firing played some good stuff 3 -1 game over ? Not Wrexham ! Well taken 2nd and only a last ditch tackle at the end saved us. Quigley was a knob all game. On to boring wood Tuesday

Yes it was only against Havant and waterlooville (18th at the time of kick off) but just look at who those around us lost to and their positions before 3pm today:

Orient lose to 19th placed Maidenhead
Fylde lose to 20th placed Chesterfield
Salford lose to 21st placed Dover
Solihull draw against 10 men in the last minute against 17th placed Barnet

At this point of the season a win against anyone is a great result

I think the perspective needed is that losing can become a habit, as can winning, winning breeds confidence and that alone can squeeze a win in when its needed. BH came in after one win plus 4 losses, let's hope he is now beginning to see his best 11 and formation given what hes got.
Also let's hope the players can now find that confidence needed to play with composure on the ball.
We could have lost the last two and season over. But we haven't so let's see what midweek brings.Thats all you can do.

13 cup finals to go - nobody is staking a solid claim for the title so why not us ?
And lots of teams have to play each other in the top group - so lots of points to be dropped.
