Game changed for us once Walker went off I thought , but as much as I hate to say it ,a JMD instead of a Grant would have been the difference we needed ?
Oswell might have been justified in feeling a bit peeded off at not starting but the manager probably thought Grant would show what he was made of!

Quite a disciplined performance, but simply not good enough in the final third. The six points they’ve had off is this season are down to being clinical infront of goal and having more creativity. I do question darlingtons input, as we haven’t scored many since his arrival. I also question how much we are prepared to spend wage wise, to fetch in the best forwards?

Orient had Simpson, we had Rutherford. Sums it up unfortunately.
I questioned paying fee for Grant when only deal until end of season - glad now as totally unsuited for us. Worst signing for years which certainly contributed to our defeat today.

Don’t really agree as the whole midfield and forwards weren’t good enough. You pick out Grant, but there were players who barely touched the ball first half. Certain players have consistently flattered to deceive all season, yet start every game.
