The decision to appoint Barrow was a board decision, admittedly controversial given Barrows previous statements and his age.
Richard Ulrich was peeved that the trust board was not kept informed over the subsequent appointment of Bryan Hughes. The WST board were disappointed to lose him but it was pointed out that there was no need for the FC board to inform the WST board.
Richard did himself no favours with his aggressive questioning at the meet the manager meeting.
To say the WST board were unprepared to act is unfair, they are individuals and 11 accepted that the WAFC board had acted within their remit, so there was nothing that required action.

The usual spin and deflection tactics, it's sad how this club sounds more like a political party than a football club.
