If we are going to fill the midfield, why are we not dominating it

We’ve all got more questions than answers
Hoping that the two Brian’s have the answers
On paper a front 3 of reid, beavon and this new lad should be more than capable of doing the job up top but with walker and summerfield injured there is a massive lack of quality to provide them with the service they need to get us over the line
Starting to feel the pinch at the back now with pearson, manny and carra all out
Need our key players back to fitness ASAP

Ultimately, it’s down to a limited budget, poor management, and mostly average quality players. Yet, despite all these deficiencies, we still have an opportunity to fight through the POs.

But we must start winning, starting on Saturday. Regardless whether we are promoted or not, BH has a rebuild on his hands for next season.

My opinion, but bordering on facts!

Will BH still be here after Easter?

Why don’t we pay the required wages? Is there a wage cap? Former players have touched on this before and always gets ignored but no coincidence why we haven’t signed s decent goalscorer in years.

I have also heard it's one reason we can't get a good manager in some have been interviewed with good records but walked out when the salary was mentioned.

Hopefully the new football mngt team see what we see

New rb
Midfield x 2 - regular fit starters
Strikers x 2 - who know where the net is

We have such a big squad, surely reduce it and improve the quality
Sounds like what I suggested over 5 years ago

Me included

It’s going to be another year in this Sh1t league - I can see it coming

I’m an accountant, and deal in facts - that’s how I’m programmed , some say for the good, others say otherwise

Can someone tell me exactly on what we are spending all of the money. The extra gate revenue alone most add up to £££, then there’s the f a cup money , the ward money.....
Why can’t we sort matters out and sign some real quality players ? We keep saying that we can’t compete , really, why , we need to understand

Like many, I have challenges in my life, following wxm and attending games is somewhat of an escape or stress relief - I thought !!
I’m peed off with Tuesdays performance, our budget must dwarf Barrows, they looked like a footballing team, we looked like the vets team that I used to play for
It needs sorting out

It’s the same year after year

BH and BF, need to get a grip and quickly, other teams have a strategy, plan, a game plan, we seem to be headless chickens . Players like Pearson will get peed off and leave

I’m so frustrated after Tuesdays inept performance - it was and is totally unacceptable

Words escape me , 44 years of supporting and what can I say
Cannot disagree with any of this. We have large crowds and have extra money from the fa cup and the ward money. So where is the money going its not going on quality players thats for sure.

As gets said many times. Sometimes its not how big it is its what you do with it

We have a budget that should make us competitive which has been the case all season as the table shows. Yes its as dull as ditch water which in the main is down to building average on top of average.

The WAFC board have managed the managers poorly and there seems a complete lack of joined up thinking.
Sadly SRs departure affected the Jan build and the fiasco that followed allowed the money to be wasted by someone that didnt have the inclination for the task at hand. Pure desperation followed with a series of poor signings.

Where was the strategy, where was the planning. I guess all on the back of a cornflake box.

How bad can Deverdics be if he can't even get on the bench in this side? Crying out for a creative spark in the middle, giving him a run of games in the side with Walker and Summerfield out is worth a pop imo.

Simply law of averages. Most loan players any team sign will be crap, they're either first team players the parent club doesn't want or youngsters the parent club want to get experience. Occasionally you'll get the overlooked player who is better than the parent club gives them credit for or a good player the parent club wants to get match-fit.

For every Brad Walker you get at least one player like Jermaine McGlashan (although I am willing to give him a chance, Maidstone should be easy picking at this point). Just the way loans work, unfortunately. Nobody's going to loan out their best players.

Really? Can't agree with that. Not being wanted or being a youngster doesn't equal being crap. Its too simplistic saying most loan players will be crap and there's plenty of examples to back this up, obviously some will be but not most.

For example Parent club may not want said player due to player falling out with the manager. Grant for example. Having had the career he has he cannot be crap. Granted (no pun intended) his performances here aren't exactly backing this up but you get my point.
