As they are the one constant in this then its them who have to take responsibility and be accountable and this is where it all falls down. Like the January farce and the Mills fiasco all you get is deafening silence.
Agree i suspect its purely down to money or rather lack of it is the main reason our loan players are generally not successful. We just dont play enough for quality

This. Hard to beat, stay in the game, first goal wins etc etc.

If we want to change this mentality ( and in the conference, I believe we must and will) then it's not going to be done overnight which as far is this season goes put's us in a bit of a catch 22 situation.

Under every manager from Morrell to date? Nah can't agree. Got to be more to it than that. Under the last 3 managers Keates, Ricketts and Barrow their style of play certainly didn't help mind. Its not the only reason though.

It's the way we are set up to play because we cannot afford a star striker so adjust our play accordingly.

No. Since we've been following the gospel of the FAW which seems to have been in place since Keates took over.

We must have had over 100 loan signings since being in the conference with the majority of them making the team worse not better! I think we just get in loan signings to cover the fact that we cannot sign any decent players permanently. The whole transfer policy (if there is one) is a shambles and comes across as a game of lucky dip!

Our loans are pathetic, stinks of getting someone in for the sake of it, anyone will do.

If they don't walk straight into the starting 11, we don't want them! Full Stop!

That should be a directive to the manager.

Agreed,

The board should be on top of this, and it should apply to all recruitment not just loans.

Would this have been Horne's role at the club?
If so, was it any better with him here? That is not how I remember it.

If someone the manager identifies is deemed not good enough, then the deal gets scrubbed.
Is anyone at the club is providing this safety net? It's the club's money getting wasted on all these bang average players coming in, that is Keeping us at this level.
