Thank you once again.I have a Match Programme in front of me dated February 24th 2018 in front of me listing the following Wrexham AFC Directors:-
Spencer Harris
Gavin Jones
John Mills
Mark Williams
Phil Salmon

Is this information wrong or is the information in the Financial Package incorrect?
I think you'll also find that the WST board does not have Directors , but Chairman , Vice Chairman , Secretary , Treasurer, and Members.

Whilst there are more Directors on the list you have posted, I'm not sure that all need to be listed on the declaration for Companies House.

Yes- on the basis that only members of the WST could invest in them

The money will remain in the fund until there is a request to withdraw it.
If you've donated £1000 you are recognised as a life member.
As I see it, unless you are a member you will have no voting rights but can, depending on the rules. get your money back.

They are the only two official directors as far as companies house is concerned, it's been that way since the WST bought the club

Thought there was an obligation to name ALL Directors? If not then how do you stop the crooks who have plagued football clubs and other Limited Companies for years? " We couldn't ban Mr Vaughan ( say ) because we never knew he was a Director. " :eek:
Are Spencer and the others legally allowed to act as Directors if they are not registered at Companies House?
