Curious, lets say the club give emails or website updates every X days, what use is it? 'Summerfield still injured, going to be 3 weeks' 'Summerfield still injured, going to be 2 weeks' does knowing that, as fans, directly affect our promotion push?

Your starting to believe there is some conspiracy. Most clubs would have weekly pre-match information on players available and possibly how far away from recovery. Every time someone asks a question there seems to be a big wave of defensive comments.

I would imagine its really difficult to guess. You cant pinpoint a specific date with some injuries, instead its just a case of "when he feels better".
