What if part of the redevelopment was for a new Kop to be designated the away stand with walk up access from Wrexham General Station, underneath Crispin Lane directly into the stand.
Make a coach / car park where the former Farmers supply store is and segregating away fans becomes much easier for NWP.

It doesn’t include the kop as thats owned by the Uni.
Look at the map, its the land behind the kop structure.

The project isn’t about purchasing the Kop land, but building a new Kop stand is part of the regeneration project.
