I am still unclear on access rights as mentioned in the article.
Looks as though we couldnt access the kop anyway even if a new stand was built. Is this right?

Despite the Councils previous incompetence on the legal side with regard to the U/U. The planners still required the then developer to maintain access to the proposed new stand on the kop.
Any new application will, I hope, still carry this condition.
