Interestingly I was told tonight that Flynn does 2 Yas a week at Wrexham and the rest working for Norwich. I wonder if this effects preparation and day to day work on the training ground given he’s hardly here?

I thought it was common knowledge he is only at Wrexham 2 days and that Darlington is 1-2 days, since in effect no coaches are actually coaching the team they must pass the info on to Jussi. Everything about Wrexham stinks of being amateurish

everythings done on the cheap!! managers ,coaches,players and thats why we are where we are and will stay, but we are the BIG FISH here and thats how the people in charge like it!!!

Fits perfectly with the structure of our club.
Maybe that's why we 11 years at this level.
As nice as the sound of being a fans owned club sounds the infrastructure does not encourage the level of investment, or induction of leadership at board level that is needed to demand success.
