Spending limited resources on transfer fees probably isn't the best way forward.

Need to identify good quality players who are out of contract in the summer, and offer them a 2-year contract with a decent salary.

It helps in this league, if you have players that are big n physical or fast. We have never cottoned on to this. We get the Rutherfords or the Akil Wright’s. Say no more!

We seem to be shopping at the footballing equivalent of Del Boy's suitcase i.e. most players we buy have a severe flaw in footballing terms. Occasionally we drop lucky.
