Points: I like fan ownership. I like knowing that I'll have a football club I love to take my kids to some day. I like being sustainable and being safe.

I don't like the current state of things. In the last 18 months we've lost 2 outstanding managers and gained 2 awful ones. That doesn't just happen. We could have gone up last year, we could have gone up this year. Whoever is responsible for our managerial changes needs to go right now. Any other problems can be dealt with after. Right now we're losing 3-0 to a club that didn't warm up and didn't get paid, this is embarrassing.

This says a lot, fits in with the long term 'vision' of only when promoted we'll see investment, not a manager who's going to ruffle feathers, check Club legend so will buy time with fans, check. I doubt Flynn will hang about who's always looked to youth when being a successful manager himself.

Supposedly 'a big club' yet act like a midtable one, other clubs invest in youth for the future - even at this level and lower! - yet we don't and would rather play Russian roulette every bloody year. Where's the next rainy day fund coming from? We could be relegation contenders next season for all we know. Constantly signing loan players who never play ahead of youth players, if it isn't producing close it, being half a*sed with everything has cost us millions while down here for no benefit.

Fan ownership is OK if the WST define strategies and then the board carry them out. At the moment we have the tail wagging the dog and a clueless tail as well.

Sort out who is responsible for what and then hold them accountable.
