I would hope that there are targets to be met in his contract and if he does not attain them he's gone. At the moment I'm presuming he's close to being removed. Hopefully whoever is in charge of choosing him in the first place is also close to being removed.

The only way to save things is I am afraid to avoid promotion at all costs at this point. If we go up under this manager, this board, and this ownership, the consequences next season will be dire .

Wright and Ruthers were praised heavily after wins earlier this season, some people have very short memories. We are so quick to attack our players after bad results on here, it’s pathetic.
Out of all those players the only one who could consistently perform in a 2 is Walker; however he's never been our player and will probably be injured for the rest of the season.

It's quite a nice microcosm of our player recruitment.

Akil Wright is not a good CM. His touch is poor as is his passing ability and marking. I despair if we think those midfield combinations are deemed to be decent. Poor to average at best.

We are settling for mediocrity thats what is pathetic.

His strength is getting into the box but it means playing two orthodox midfielders behind him which for most of the season we’ve been able to do but having Walker and Summerfield injured at the same time is killing us.

Just to clarify my suggested line up is based on what we currently have and on the basis we cannot sign anyone new. I'm not suggested for a moment this is an ideal team and we need significant strengthening whatever league we are in next season.

What it does do is play the players who by and large have amassed the points we have and at least show some effort and desire for the shirt even if they're not technically the best footballers.

This, injuries to key players plus poor recruitment in January and subsequently, Tollitt aside, has killed us. Some blame goes to Harris Barrow and Hughes, and Ricketts for leaving, some of it is luck.

Fine margins and we would be close to winning the title even with these so called shit managers and directors.

Is there any chance manny or Summerfield would be fit in time for play offs?

The margins may have been fine for some of the season, but not now.

Now our great defense has gone to pot, our hard working but uncreative midfield doesn't even provide a screen anymore, and up front we've got less penetration than a Eunuch Convention (OK that's the same).
