A minutes applause for Neil Dobie RIP
 

Following the loss of our dear friend, committee member, and match day volunteer Neil Dobie at the young age of 49 recently.

With the families blessing, we at Wrexham DSA would be extremely grateful if all Wrexham fans attending this Saturday's home game v Braintree 6th April, would join us for a minutes applause on 49 minutes in his loving memory.


We are still coming to terms with the tragic news and this would mean so much to us all.

Neil was such a decent guy - he really cared for DSA members and was always willing to help.
It will be an honour to remember him in this way on the 49th minute.

I won't be there tomorrow but next time the god awful citizen khan comes on I'll raise a glass to him on our mutual 'appreciation' of it.

This is a great gesture to show appreciation to not only a fellow Red but someone who was a remarkable person; a true gentleman. Although I'm currently exiled, I'll be joining in the applause whilst listening to the match. RIP Neil.
