I am guessing there was a hint of sarcasm there, you’re right thought Wright isn’t good enough and in my opinion this season we need to be ruthless there’re way too many passengers hanging about taking a wage.

Everyone who is not under contract needs to go.

The obvious exception is Lainton and possibly the full backs.

We've tried this and how many seasons has it taken to get us back genuinely challenging? We may get lucky but that is an awful lot of gambles coming good, let alone the costs invloved bringing so many players in i.e. signing on fees, agency fees, relocation etc. The squad always needs freshening up and improving but all our previous promotions have come on the back of continuous improvement.

Assuming we are still at this level.

Goalkeeper - No problems, keep Lainton and Dibble.

Defence - Not much needed, Pearson and Lawlor easy, Manny or Kennedy depending on injury recovery, keep Tharme, I would keep Jennings.....New RB required.

Midfield - Young definitely, Wright I would keep but not as a regular starter, Summerfield is a tough one but I would keep him.....Haven't seen Augestien.....2 New starting midfielders required.

Striker - Got to persevere with Oswell I think, I would also like to give Fondop another look without any pressure, that's about it....I like Beavon but we need players who can manage 90 mins, and I would keep Holroyd as back-up but don't think he will go for that....1x main striker and 2x wide attackers (Tollit types)

Squad - I would keep Carrington as back-up to full back and last resort in midfield and would think hard about Rutherford, would just worry that if he was here, we would be playing him to often.

That would be 6 new players.

Readred I dont think we could make one good player out of the three.A few on here say we miss Summerfield why because he had three good games in August.

So when Cheltenham won the league they had 18 new players in there squad on a top six budget,a few years later Lincoln city win the league with was it 9 loan players in the squad and many many new faces.

BH needs to be ruthless this summer.
I hope he doesn't indulge average or poor players that have shown they aren't up to it like some fans do on here.

My P45 list:
Rutherford
Akil Wright
Beavon
Grant
Holroyd
Stockton
Deverdics
McGlashan
Roberts
