From personal experience, writing to board members expressing concerns is a waste of time. That just my experience, all I got was vague politicians answers to very specific questions. I even got one email suggesting I contact a list of other people not on the board like the stadium safety officer who couldn't even be bothered to respond to my two polite emails. It works both ways you know. So why should I bother now?

This is my experience too, although I was surprised with how much info was forthcoming and said as much. Pointing out that if it could be shared with me, why was it being held back from being put on RP or such like. A bit pointless giving the information to those who seek or are given it one at a time all the time.

I even offered to collate questions off here to put to the board quarterly so they could reply for a fair chunk of our supporters to see. Unsurprisingly, I'm still waiting for a reply, but as we know by now they don't like tough questions with it been said being that some have been blocked on twitter for doing so.

A waste of everyone's time continuosly contacting people who don't agree with your views and I'm sure it could get spun as being some sort of crime.

I know one board member regularly reads RP, so mentioning the same things is for their benefit in seeing the opinions of a large swathe of the fan base change over time, while discussing different options. Due to debate on RP about the youth players not getting the recognition they deserve for their achievements it was announced more was going to the done to improve this. It was a good start, but for some reason has tailed off before ever getting going again.

The boards seem to have a lot of discontent for RP and use it as an excuse not to change things or try something else. Unless it's for something as simple as reporting more on youth players achievements.
