I will be there and I suspect will be joined by a four figure following if we can beat Sutton and (please god) Bromley do us a favor.
I believe the gate money is shared in all playoff games.

Nice to know you're going, four figures if we beat Sutton, really?

Definitely, last away game of normal season always has a good following. Full of happy clappers so no miserable tw@ts allowed.

Sure Halifax will realise this and be planning accordingly.
Last away game of the Season? Bank Holiday fixture on top of a win on Friday?
Can see a big following.

The Shay is a better ground than average in this crappy league. Views are good as well. The catering was an issue last time I went - a caravan with two in it. Some folks missed most of the first half as they were so determined to feed their faces. And the lovely toilets. Peeing against a black gloss painted wall. Quality. What greater incentive to gain promotion?

Having watched the first half, I was massively jealous of the lucky sods who missed it queuing.

The Shay has come on massively to what it used to be like back in the 70's - 80's when the away end was just a grassed / mud slope which was situated where the home fans now assemble behind the goal.

Catering - lots of clubs appear to be stuck in first gear - same mentality regardless if Bromley turn up on a Tuesday night with 20 fans or Wrexham turn up with 1,600 (as per Solihull / Chesterfield / Salford City). Many fans confronted with massive ques and the possibility of missing part of the match just don't bother.

I can't knock the bog facilities - a black gloss painted wall of considerable length with a roof is fine - it's grounds like Solihull, Sutton and specifically moneybags Salford, where they are happy enough to sell fans as much ale as they can but only provide portokabins big enough for about 4 fans to use at a time.

This would suggest that Wrexham fans will be housed in the usual Skircoat Stand - running alongside the pitch which is all seated with a roof and consists of 7 blocks of seats some with restricted views because of the supporting roof pillar - 1400 / 1450 capacity would be about right - they could house all home supporters in both the opposite stand & home terrace.

Can't find any capacity for the new North Stand / terrace behind the goal which is normally never opened unless they are expecting a large away following - perhaps they are planning to use it as a potential overspill if more than 1400 away fans turn up which could well happen as we took 1600 to Solihull, Chesterfield and Salford - if we beat Sutton on Friday and given it's the last away day of the normal league programme on a BH then there is a real chance we could exceed this figure by quite a few.

We took 425 to Barnet last Saturday but that wasn't on a BH and just up the road in comparison to London.

No advanced tickets (yet) so pay on the day does not bode well at the turnstiles for potential congestion - seems the days of handing money and change over are still very much with us - lets hope they don't run out of change.
