Spot on , The facilities played a big part in recruitment , and the person selling them .

7 loan players when we can only have 5 in the squad. Even now Spyrou, Stockton not even on the bench. Agustien cutting the grass, Deverdicks making the coffee......wasting money.

Complete madness and the board need to put a stop to it.
Does anyone think £200k in Jan would have made a difference?
Another spot on point , total waste of money ALL of them , those four mentioned would have paid for one decent player who could find the net

Ah what I'd give for him to be manager again. Legend.

That i feel was a huge selling point which has been stolen from the club. Take a player to nine acre instead mmm not anywhere near the same is it. The wage structure isnt helping either if it is as poor as some are saying.

We ain't going to pay the rate for a top striker at this level because we don't pay the manager enough to keep him here.

A big hullabaloo when Flynn joined but what has he actually contributed to us? Apparently only here a day a week like Darlington it all stinks of amateurism a manager who's only thing on his cv is being sacked from Scarborough and learning from scratch again with no right hand-man

I don't think losing Colliers is putting players off signing. Do we think teams like Solihull have those sort of training facilities ? We are non league, players aren't expecting fantastic facilities. Like others have said, its all about wages.

Take someone to 9 acre they're probably expecting Winnie the pooh.

Salary wise I just think we have wasted money. Pearson, Manny, Summerfield, Lawlor, Lainton, Oswell, Grant wont be cheap. Holroyd, Jenno, Deverdics, Carra, Kennedy, Roberts, Ruthers wont exactly be on a pittance.
I was told one of the wages and the figure is believable and around what I would expect at this level.

We have too many players not earning their corn, we brought in 5 players in Jan when 2 better quality was needed. Why oh why do we waste money year after year. Its simply poor football management.

Cant disagree with any of that either. I thought flynn would be here to give the advise and experience bryan needs like barrow when ricketts started. If he is only here once a week then whats the point ala darlington too. The whole recruitment of managers and their staff and the players is a laughing stock

Even the bin dippers can afford 2 FT people. Its embarrassing and again its a football board issue. Seems they should be concentrating on key football issues not tweeting how full the away end looks.
