Definitely. The search function isn't great and never seems to go far back enough for me though. Rob out.

Found some great threads though:
Sam Ricketts appreciation thread
Petition to sign Curtis Obeng

It’s where we should be finishing considering our budget.

But no, “congratulations” and let’s all have a big party and be happy with this.

‘We are Wrexham’ though remember, like that means anything to anyone we will play. Same as what aggregate scores against teams mean as we go into a one-leg playoff scenario, you couldn’t make this spin up. Well, you could.

Stating the results in HOME games against Salford and Solihull, what’s the point in that the only fact that matters is that we lost convincingly away to them and I would expect a repeat of that, if we beat Eastleigh, which I think we will.

Spin? This is a Wrexham fans' forum, not a propaganda tool.

We're up against it in the play-offs, especially the prospect of an away game. Some of us are looking for positives to cling on to, and provide ourselves with a glimmer of hope. What exactly is wrong with that? The other option is to give up before a ball has been kicked.

Let's be honest, if/when we get knocked out of the play-offs and are consigned to another season in the National League, those of us who dare to come on here and suggest we might be successful are going to get absolutely slaughtered. 'Deluded, happy clappers, nodding dogs, etc, etc.'

I honestly believe a couple of posters are already looking forward to that moment.

For me success is measured:

Outside the play offs -failed.
Play offs - achieved.
Promotion - success.

If we ever have a manager who can take full responsibility for the season then the above, combined with clear evidence of progress is criteria for renewing/extending their contract.

Anyway, thread over before it's even begun. Ding-ding.
There are some people in this world who were born pessimistic. Foggy is one of them . They cannot give praise or see any good in folk . It must be awful for him/her when something comes good. I agree that we have done well this year and the best for many years in the National League. And while we are on congratulations I thought the reserves did us proud yesterday.

I agree with this, play offs are a minimum expectation and that has been achieved. If we lose our next game it will have been an average season for me. Of course we want promotion, but when only 2 out of 24 can achieve this there has to be a sense of realism.
