Ok so here we are in the play off lottery (or is it?) no its not a lottery. This is the absolute time when chance or luck doesn't come in to it. This is the time when we as fans sing "Rising to Promotion" and the players deliver. We want it, the players want it. We are GOING UP.

Mathematicians might not agree but I believe we have a 50% chance of going up. Why? First game 50 % chance of winning versus Eastleigh. Second game 50% chance of winning versus Salford Third game 50% chance of beating whoever we face at Wembley. We will be promoted.

Sadly Aussie you multiply .5 x .5 x .5 which gives us a 12.5% chance on your 50% chance per game!! Good job we play on grass and not on a calculator.

Do we have a 50% chance of winning each game? Yes or no? If we win the first game we have exactly the same chance of winning the second game and then the third game. Let me believe as it makes sense to me.

I'd stop digging if I was you. E might have a 50% chance of winning each game, but that doesn't equate to a 50% chance of going up. It's 12.5%
