Who are GS_WAFC. Thats who he say he had a great meeting with.

He also says he is working on plans to create what could be HUGE for @Wrexham_AFC and in particular, the playing budget. Importantly this will cost the club nothing.

Because it's on twitter, he mentioned Geoff Scott's twitter handle which is 'GS_WAFC'. So on twitter, people could be linked to GS's profile. Basically tagging him in the tweet. Doesn't quite translate when you see it not on twitter!
