We get given tickets to sell and then sell them. I'm not sure what detailed plan you actually want. Do you want them to tell you if the shop is open at 9, 930 or 10am. Would that help you sleep better?

Whilst part of your post is correct. The trust board members, can benefit from the home clubs hospitality. They won't have tickets.
Historically, Board members who benefit in this way, pay the going rate into the WST.
