Its as easy as this.

If we win tonight's game tickets go on sale tomorrow morning at 9am. ST holders have until 5pm tomorrow to get their tickets. We'll be open until 7pm to sell any remaining. If there are still tickets available we will be open from 9am on Saturday too. One ticket per ST only. Etc etc

Every fan then knows the times they can buy and knows where they stand and can plan accordingly.
No harm in that.

Salford have already told their fans the arrangements if they play us. That game may not happen too.

Not true. Salford are definitely playing in that game. They've already qualified for it. They aren't selling tickets for a game they might not get to.

But were talking about in the event of getting through to the next stage, not a replay or second leg of the same match.

My guess is Salford are only going to print tickets if we win, so we can't advertise sale without having solid info from Salford.
