I don't think that it is anywhere near to reality, but all football clubs need to maximise opportunities like attractive cup ties, always have, always will.

I don't get the reluctance for so called hardened fans not wanting to be club members.

AM's and bandwagons yet again. Seem to recall the Plaid woman from Ruthin direction try to get 'vote miles' out of the club a few years back.

Less than a pint a month over ten years. There are ways of getting a loan secured against a purchase . The Glazers did it when they bought Mufc and we all do it when we buy a house.

I am sure the figure was around 1,000 for Stoke tickets. The renewal process is inefficient and we have lost most of them.
I think the WST have become set in their ways. Nice and easy monthly meetings, annual xmas raffle and not much else. If they had been more proactive they would have been better informed in Jan and the management fiasco handled better.

Not sure, but we had an initial upsurge when the Trust purchased the club and the Stoke game attracted a few more. Since then other than ST discounts we haven't had opportunities to attract more members with only slow growth.

Just checked online and it said that we had just over 4000 members just after the Stoke city game and that when wst members were given priority after season ticket holders for tickets for stoke game, then they had another £10,000 in subscriptions,so over 800 people joined just for that game.

I suppose the mistake wasn't taking advantage of the opportunity but not recruiting members on standing orders.
